It's seems to be a big controversy. I've seen many negative points of view all over, so I did some searching for the other side. Very successful in that. (bad at searching)

The bill was introduced last year, and was promptly shot down.
They are trying to re-introduce it, but this time not as bad for artist. The bill isn't official yet, but as far as I know here is what it will do:

-You have to pay money to register your art or someone else can take it without permission legally.

It's good there are some people who actually look up the bill. But I never found a copy of it. Did you?
